Visiting the Pre-Admission Center in preparation for your procedure
Call (256) 265-9999 or (800) 510-0736 to schedule your pre-admission appointment at one of our two locations, unless instructed differently by your physician. During this appointment, you will complete the appropriate pre-surgery testing. Free parking is available outside both locations.
Parking and check-in for surgery at Madison Hospital
Park in the front parking lot. Enter the hospital through the revolving door. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor and check-in at the surgery waiting room reception desk.
